On September 29th, Neusoft Education Technology Co.Ltd (Neuedu) was successfully listed and commenced dealings on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (「HKEX」)(stock code 9616.HK), becoming 「the first private IT higher education share」 in HKEX.

At 9:25 a.m., Member of Standing Committee of Municipal Committee of Dalian, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of High-tech Zone, Director of Administrative Committee Zeng Bo announced the online listing ceremony began on time, and official connected with HKEX on cloud platform.


At 9.30 a.m., Chairperson Liu Jiren, Executive Wen Tao, accompanied by shareholders, company』s directors, listing project core members, held the held the stick and strike the gong together. Along with sound of the gong, Neuedu officially embarked on a new development journey. Since then, 9616.HK (stock code) has become the exclusive symbol of Neusoft Education Technology Co.Ltd. Neuedu, born on June 16, 2000, was successfully listed on the main board of the HKEX on September 29, 2020, representing that Neuedu would run smoothly and permanently since its first day of life (number 9 means long lasting in Chinese). At the ceremony, sponsor representatives and shareholder representatives congratulated Neuedu on its successful listing on HKEX.


Yu Yang, CEO of CITIC Securities Global IBD, delivered a speech on behalf of the sponsor. He expressed that, as the most solid cooperate partner of Neuedu, CITIC has gone through two years journey together with Neuedu. Finally, we over-subscribed 300 times for Hong Kong offerings, and 18 times for global offerings. The top pricing outcome is a perfect performance, making Neuedu this year』s highest valuation multiples star shock in education industry. In the future, CITIC will serve as Neuedu』s House Bank, put on the new armor and fighting for a magnificent future together with Neuedu.


Mr. Jia Jinliang, partner of Beijing JIHE Investment Management Co. Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of shareholders. He congratulated Neuedu』s successful listing on HKEX and indicated that the investment in Neuedu is the most important strategic layout for company』s investment in higher education sector.
