Neuedu Science and Technology Industrial Park (Dalian) 

Leveraging the Neusoft Education Technology Group's headquarters base and Dalian Neusoft University of Information, the park has focused on the functions of digital talent cultivation, technological innovation and achievement transformation, and enterprise incubation, and has now developed a unique layout of "one park, three zones, and three platforms." The park is a "distinguished contributor to the software and service outsourcing industry in Dalian", an important part of the "National Software Industry Base" and China's Service Outsourcing Demonstration City. A growing number of innovative technology enterprises in emerging industries are constantly emerging in the park. In 2019, the park was jointly recognized by the Science and Technology Department and the Education Department of Liaoning Province as a provincial university science park, becoming the first private college provincial university science park in Liaoning Province.

Education Park: It is composed of the Software Park Campus and Bochuan campus of Dalian Neusoft University of Information. For many years, adhering to the school running concept of "empower students with innovative education", guided by TOPCARE education methodology, focusing on the field of IT and health care technology, and in accordance with the development idea of "introducing enterprises into schools, integrating industry and education, and integrating parks and schools", we have achieved the full docking and integration of school talent training, scientific and technological R&D, social services with the industrial needs of the industry.

Digital Technology Industrial Park:  It was founded in 2002 that has closely followed the industrial development direction of Dalian for many years, facing key digital economy industries such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of things, artificial intelligence, etc., attracting many well-known enterprises to settle in, and has formed an industrial resource agglomeration effect. By the end of 2023, there were 60 enterprises in the park, including more than 40 incubating enterprises. It has attracted more than 5200 employees, including more than 800 employees in incubating enterprises. The total income of enterprises in the park has exceeded 2 billion yuan, of which the annual output value of incubated enterprises has exceeded 260 million yuan. At present, there are many well-known enterprises at home and abroad, such as HPI, H3C, ALPINE, FESTO, and so on, and they have carried out extensive and in-depth cooperation. 

Health Care Science and Technology Park: It has started construction in 2019 and fully put into use in 2022. Up to now, the medical institutions stationed in the park include the Cardiovascular Hospital, Dalian Ruikang Zhuomei Stomatology Hospital, Wecare Skilled Nursing House affiliated to Dalian Neusoft University of Technology. Based on the advantages of Neusoft in the fields of large-scale digital medical production and large-scale health industry, as well as the introduction of specialized hospitals, we have creatively built an integrated innovation platform for the integration of medical and industrial integration, a platform for the acquisition and verification of medical research data, and a practical training base for teachers and students majoring in health and medical science and technology.

Neusoft Healthcare Park, serving as a new campus of Chengdu Neusoft University, is set to open soon. Leveraging the industry expertise of Neusoft and the accomplishments and advantages of Chengdu Neusoft University in IT education over the past years, Neusoft Healthcare Park integrates digital technology, art, healthcare management, and medical technology. It represents an innovative park that encompasses digital technology, smart healthcare, artistic creativity, research and development (R&D), and teaching. We will fully develop a borderless modern Chinese medicine hospital and a multi-functional platform for education, research, production, application, and use. Integrating Kangdao Hospital, an international academic exchange center, laboratories, research platforms, and surpassing the original functions of hotels, hospitals, and laboratories, we will build an ecosystem for production, study, research, healthcare services, technology development, internships and training, academic exchange, art display, and student activities all in one.

Neuedu Science and Technology Industrial Park (Foshan) 

Relying on Neusoft Institute Guangdong, the park cooperated with the government of Foshan High Tech Zone to build an entrepreneurship 18Mall in 2015, and established Neusoft South China IT Entrepreneurship Park in 2016. By means of innovative tools and training, entrepreneurial practice and incubation, and introducing enterprises to schools, an open, shared and integrated mass entrepreneurship and innovation ecological complex has been constructed.
